Ingredients:
| 4 cups | Cooked or Canned Garbanzo Beans, drained (chickpeas |
| 3 | Garlic Cloves |
| 4 Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| dash | Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 | Sprig of Parsley |
| 1 pkg | Whole Wheat Pita Bread, 4 pockets, cut into triangles |
| Assorted Cut-up Raw Vegetables Such As Broccoli, zucchini strips, radishes, and red and green bell pepper slices |
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, puree the garbanzos with the garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Place in bowl. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a sprinkling of more cayenne. Spread on pita triangles and serve with vegetables.
