In a food processor or blender, puree the garbanzos with the garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Place in bowl. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a sprinkling of more cayenne. Spread on pita triangles and serve with vegetables.
