Italian Dip or Mexican Dip

A creamy, cheesy hot dip that can be modified for a Mexican or Italian flare.
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 oz chopped pepperoni
  • 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 10 sliced black olives
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 Italian rolls sliced in 3/4 inch pieces

Method

Mix mayo and softened cream cheese until blended, add all other ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake on 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with bread slices for dipping. For a Mexican dip, omit the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and tomato and use chedder cheese and salsa. Use tortilla chips for dipping.
