Italian Tortellini Salad

Use your favorite bottled Italian salad dressing if you can't find the one that's called for in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dried tortellini (any flavor)
- 1/4 lb. salami, chopped
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 lb. provolone cheese, chopped
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 bag frozen Italian-style vegetables
- 1/2 bottle Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing
- Fresh spinach leaves, washed

Method
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and cool. In a large bowl toss together all ingredients except spinach. Cover and chill. Serve over fresh spinach leaves.
Notes: This is a simple recipe that my children love! It looks elegant served on the spinach. It makes a great meal with a loaf of Italian bread.
