Jan's Damn Good Dumplins

Savory appetizers of wonton skins filled with ground pork, soy sauce, mushrooms, black olive and ginger root.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 2 tbsp ginger root, shredded
- 1 package small wonton wraps

Method
Combine pork, mushrooms, olives, ginger root, and soy sauce. Put one tablespoon of mixture into center of wonton wrapper. Seal like a crab Rangoon. Once assembled, place in pot to steam until done. When done serve with soy sauce for dipping.
