Chicken drummettes with barbecue sauce and Jamaican spices make a fast and easy hot appetizer.
Wash drummettes then pat dry and
place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle one side with about two tablespoons of Jamaican spice, turn over and sprinkle other side with Jamaican spice.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 mintutes or until no blood on bone when meat is pulled back.
Pour sauce over drumettes and bake another 10 minutes (don't let it burn).
Serve with cocktail napkins and toothpicks.
Notes:
I like Bulls Eye barbacue sauce and Whole Foods Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
