Jones' Cocina Salsa

Everyone loves fresh salsa and this version with lime and cilantro is sure to be a hit.
Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 1 20 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1/2 medium sweet onion
- 3 jalapenos
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Method
Rough cut fresh tomatoes, onion and jalapenos. Place in a food processor and pulse 3-5 times to mix together. Cut leaves off cilantro and add to food processor with juice from limes and diced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper then blend to desired smoothness.
Notes: You can adjust the temperature of salsa by adding more or less jalapenos. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
