This is a great and flavorful dip that takes very little time to put together and by using fresh ingredients you control what goes in.

  • Servings: Serves 6-8


1 can Medium Artichoke Hearts Chopped Finely
1 box Frozen Chopped Spinach Thawed & Drained Well
1 jar Alfredo Pasta Sauce
4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
3 cloves Garlic Minced


Preheat oven to 350. Set aside 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Combine rest of ingredients into large bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into corning ware or baking pan and cover with remainder of mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, red bell peppers, or toasted French baguette.
