Katie's Spinach Artichoke Dip


This is a great and flavorful dip that takes very little time to put together and by using fresh ingredients you control what goes in.



Ingredients:

  • -1 Can of medium Artichoke Hearts chopped finely
  • -1 Box of Frozen Chopped Spinach thawed and drained well
  • -1 Jar of Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • -4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • -2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
  • -3 Cloves of Garlic minced

Method

Preheat oven to 350. Set aside 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Combine rest of ingredients into large bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into corning ware or baking pan and cover with remainder of mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, red bell peppers, or toasted French baguette.
