Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

A simple fruit dip for graham crackers made with cream cheese, whipped topping and crystallized lime flavoring.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp True Lime (crystallized lime substitute)
  • 1 8 oz tub whipped topping

Method

Beat together first 3 ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Beat in whipped topping. Serve with graham crackers or spoon into graham cracker crust for cheesecake. Chill before serving.

 

Notes: To lower fat content, you may substitute fat free cream cheese. Does not change the taste, but it's a little better for you.

 

Number of Servings: serves 8 in crust, 12+ as dip.
