|1||Store Bought Container of Artichoke & Spinach Dip|
|10||Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp|
|2 cloves||Garlic, sliced thin|
|8 oz||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|2 Tbsp||Butter or Olive Oil|
Heat oil or butter is skillet. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink. Add jalapeno and artichoke dip to the cooked shrimp and stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Place in casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
If you can't find store bought artichoke dip then you can use spinach dip and add artichokes.
