Linda's Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms are stuffed with a mixture of egg, mustard, salad dressing, bread crumbs, crabmeat and seasonings, and baked.
Ingredients
- 12 jumbo fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb crabmeat (cartilege removed)
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- l teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons Miracle Whip salad dressing
- l egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter (melted)

Method
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, mustard, Miracle Whip dressing, seasonings and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add crabmeat. Heap mixture onto mushroom caps; drizzle with melted butter. Place on baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes, until heated through.
