Loaded potato pizza

This pizza makes a great appetizer for game day. Combining pizza and stuffed potato skins, what a great snack.
Ingredients
- 5-6 blanched chef potato's, sliced
- 8 oz fresh pizza dough
- 1/2 cup yellow cheddar
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 4 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 white onion cut in half and sliced

Method
Start by preheating oven to 450 F. Then, spin dough out until desired thickness with flour and cornmeal to prevent sticking, then spread the sour cream over the dough, place the potato pieces on top evenly, sprinkle with bacon fresh herbs and cheese. Bake until golden.
Notes: Simple and delicious!!
