Low-fat Seafood Dip

This spread or dip combines cooked shrimp and canned crabmeat with cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, and is served with crackers.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4- to 6-ounces of cooked shrimp, shredded with a fork or finely chopped
  • 1 small can of crabmeat, drained
  • Crackers

Method

Blend first two ingredients. Mix in next four ingredients. Add shrimp and crab. Chill for 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
