Make Ahead Sausage Appetizers

These no-fuss hot appetizers can be stashed in the freezer until you need them, so keep a batch around for unexpected guests.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Italian roll sausage
- 1/3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 3 tblsp mayo
- 2 tblsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 10 slices bread

Method
Crumble and cook sausage in skillet until browned. Drain on paper towels. Transfer to bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except the bread. The mixture may be frozen at this point or stored overnight in fridge. Cut crusts off bread and cut into 4 squares. Spread mix over the squares and place under hot broiler until bubbly.
