Ingredients:
| 1 | Red Pepper |
| 1 | Orange Pepper |
| 1 | Medium Yellow Squash |
| 1 | Medium Green Squash |
| 1 | Large Vidalia Onion |
| 1 lb | Fresh Sugar Snap Peas |
| 2 cups | Cubed Pineapple, fresh or canned |
| 1 tsp | Garlic Salt |
| 1 Tbsp | Italian Seasoning |
| 3 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
Directions:
Heat grill until very hot. Cut peppers, onion and squash with skin, into 1 inch pieces. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well coated with oil and spices. Heat vegetable grill pan until hot. Turn vegetables occasionally. When done they should still be a little firm and have browned some.
