|4||Roma Tomatoes, about 1 lb|
|2 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Grated Garlic|
|1 tsp||Dry Basil|
|Salt, to taste|
|2 tsp||Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|Olive Oil, for baguette|
|Sliced Baguette, 12-14 pieces|
1. Wash, stem and dice tomatoes.
2. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes, dry basil, and pinch of salt. Stir to coat well.
3. When the juice from tomatoes comes out, turn off the heat and stir in parmesan cheese. Remove from the heat and let cool.
4. When the tomatoes have cooled, brush olive oil on each baguette, put on tomato mixture and bake at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.
