
These egg rolls are stuffed with ground beef and pork, cabbage, and onion and seasoned with ground ginger.
Brown ground beef and ground pork and drain off fat. In a mixing bowl combine meat with shredded cabbage and 1 sliced onion. Add three eggs, ground ginger, salt and pepper. Place 3 eggs in a small bowl; set aside. Fill egg roll wrappers with meat mixture and cheese and roll up and seal with egg. Fry for 3 minutes on each side in hot oil in a skillet and then bake in baking pan in a 375 degree F. oven for 5 minutes. Enjoy with soy sauce.
Notes:
Kids like them also. Freeze leftovers up to 3 months. Reheat in a 375 degree oven.
