
This easy variation of the usual pizza is spread with hummus and sprinkled with feta cheese. Onion, greens and olives are added after baking.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread hummus on pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese and garlic on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted). Top with veggies and serve.
Notes:
Great in warm weather.
