Mexicali Bean Dip

A refreshing cool Mexican dip with white beans, tomatoes, and green chilies that is perfect with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 16oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 4 oz can chopped or whole mild green chiles
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 C packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 C finely chopped red onion
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

Method
In food processor with chopping blade, combine beans, chilies, garlic and cilantro. Process until pureed. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in onion and tomatoes.
