|12||Hard Boiled Eggs|
|1 Tbsp||Spicy Green Tomato Relish|
|¼ cup||Olive Oil Mayonnaise|
|1 Tbsp||Chopped Cilantro, divided|
|1 tsp||Hot Pepper Sauce|
|1 tsp||Lime Juice|
|½ tsp||Cumin Powder|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Peel the eggs, then slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except the food coloring and mix until creamy. Place about a half cup of water in a glass and drop about 5 drops of food coloring into the water. Drop eggs halves in dyed water for 1 minute. For darker dyed eggs, leave in up to 5 minutes. Place egg halves on a platter and spoon the yolk mixture into the colored egg whites.
I hope that you will enjoy these colorful bites just as my family and friends did. Cooking with passion.
