Mexican Dyed Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
| 12 | Hard Boiled Eggs |
| 1 | Large Avocado |
| 1 Tbsp | Spicy Green Tomato Relish |
| ¼ cup | Olive Oil Mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbsp | Chopped Cilantro, divided |
| 1 tsp | Hot Pepper Sauce |
| 1 tsp | Lime Juice |
| ½ tsp | Cumin Powder |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
| Food Coloring |
Directions:
Peel the eggs, then slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except the food coloring and mix until creamy. Place about a half cup of water in a glass and drop about 5 drops of food coloring into the water. Drop eggs halves in dyed water for 1 minute. For darker dyed eggs, leave in up to 5 minutes. Place egg halves on a platter and spoon the yolk mixture into the colored egg whites.
