Mexican Dip


A super-quick warm cheese spread that is served with tortilla chips.



Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)  
  • 1 jar salsa  
  • 1 package shredded chedder/monteray jack cheese

Method

Spread cream cheese along bottom of microwave-safe bowl/platter. Add salsa. Add cheese. Microwave for approximately 5 minutes (or until top layer of cheese melts). Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes: Careful, mixture is very hot. You may want to add a layer of refried beans.
