These appetizers are perfect for a last minute starter and are also a great accompaniment to any meal.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag cheese tortellini
  • 1 bag pepperoni slices
  • 1 jar green stuffed cocktail olives
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Toothpicks

Method

Cook tortellini to package directions, rinse and cool. Skewer tortellini with toothpick and then fold a slice of pepperoni and add to the toothpick. Top it off with a green olive and arrange on a serving tray with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
