Nothing beats the flavor of fresh morel mushrooms--and you'll love them even more on this appetizer when served with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
In pan melt butter, add mushrooms, chives, salt, pepper and red pepper-- saute until tender. Place on rye bread, top with cheese and parsley.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
