Mozzarella Pigskins on Pesto Crostini Turf

Prosciutto wrapped fresh mozzarella on a slice of baguette with pesto. These gourmet treats will be a favorite for the big game.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs fresh mozzarella balls
  • 2 tsp all purpose
  • Greek seasoning
  • 6 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 24-30 thin slices baguette, toasted well
  • 1 6-8 oz tub refrigerated basil pesto

Method

Drain mozzarella and sprinkle with seasoning. Wrap each ball in prosciutto tightly, making ends slightly pointed like footballs. Spread baguette with pesto and place a Mozzarella Pigskin on each. Serve immediately.
