This pizza combines the traditional Italian muffaletta sandwich with a traditional Italian pizza. What a flavor combination.
Preheat oven and baking stone, if using one, to 400 degrees. This can also be cooked on the oven wire rack. Roll slices of ham, provolone and salami and slice into 1 /2 inch chunks. Place in a small bowl. Coat pizza shell with olive oil. In a small sauce pan melt butter and when melted, add heavy cream and cook until warm. Add Parmesan cheese and cook another minute. Remove from heat and mix in 1 /2 cup muffuletta olive salad. Cover pizza with sauce, and add meat and cheese mixture and place on top of Alfredo olive salad sauce. Add remaining olive salad to top and grate fresh pepper on top to taste. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Place in oven and cook until cheese melts and bubbles about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly before slicing.
