Ingredients:
20 | Medium Jalapeno Peppers |
1 lb | Breakfast Sausage, crumbled and cooked until brown and drained |
1× 8 oz | Brick Cream Cheese, softened |
¼ cup | Parmesean Cheeseâ |
Directions:
Crumble sausage and cook until brown then drain. Wearing gloves, cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, then carefully cut stems from peppers leaving enough skin on top of pepper to hold mixture. Place softened cream cheese in medium mixing bowl, add warm sausage and stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese to cream cheese mixture and stir well. Fill peppers, just to full, with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
