The filling in these deviled eggs combines the yolks with mayo, cream cheese with chives and scallions. Garnish them with more scallions and caviar, if you would like.

  • Servings: 6


6 Eggs, hard cooked
¼ cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese With Chives
4 Tbsp Chopped Scallions, divided
Salt & Pepper, to taste
½ tsp Each Salt & Pepper, or to taste
Paprika or Caviar


Cool and peel eggs, then slice in half lengthwise. Place the yolks in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, combine all the ingredients using just 2 tbs of the scallions. Either pipe or spoon filling into egg cavities. Garnish with reserved scallions and paprika or caviar.

Helpful Tips:

This is probably the first appetizer I learned to make, and over the years, it has morphed into all sorts of things.
