Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs |
| 2 Tbsp | Water |
| 4 | Garlic Cloves |
| β cup | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| ΒΌ cup | Capers, drained and rinsed |
| 3 Tbsp | Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice |
| β cup | Blanched Whole Almonds |
| β cup | Walnuts |
| 1 | Medium Potato, cooked and mashed |
| Freshly Ground White Pepper | |
| Coarse Sea Salt, to taste | |
Directions:
Place bread crumbs, water and garlic in food processor then process until a smooth paste. With motor running, add oil slowly. Add 3 tablespoons capers and lemon juice. Add almonds and walnuts then pulse until coarsely ground. Place mixture into a medium container and fold in mashed potato. Season with pepper and add salt, if needed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining capers.
