A quick and easy appetizer--just roll tortillas up with the zesty filling and quickly warm in the microwave.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 package ham
  • 1 package Mexican green peppers

Method

Mix together all ingredients except tortillas. Spread mixture over tortillas, then roll tortillas into enchilada shape. Cut each enchilada into 6 bite sized pieces. Microwave for 20-30 seconds on high.
