Olive-Stuffed Cheese Balls

2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grate yourself, not the pre-shredded
½ cup Butter, softened
1 cup All Purpose Flour
½ tsp Salt
Pimiento-stuffed (spanish) Olives


Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grate the cheese into a mixing bowl. Blend in the butter until combined. Stir in the flour and salt until well mixed. Wrap about a teaspoon of dough around each olive and roll into a ball. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
