These buttery wings made with bread crumbs and sesame seed coating, fry up easily in your oven.

  • Servings: 2-1/2 Dozen


15 Whole Chicken Wings
¾ cup Dry Plain Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Salt
⅓ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 drops Hot Sauce
¼ cup Butter, melted


Cut chicken wings into three sections and discard wing tip sections. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, paprika and salt. Place cream in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken wings in cream, then place in the plastic bag and shake wings to coat evenly.

Add hot sauce to your melted butter and pour your butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Add chicken, turning to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear, turning every 10 minutes.
