Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced into 3" lengths of 1" thickness each |
| 1 | Egg, beaten |
| 1 cup | Plain Bread Crumbs |
| 1 Tbsp | Chili Powder |
| 1 tsp | Ground Cumin |
| 1 Tbsp | Minced Fresh Cilantro |
| Prepared Salsa & Guacamole, for dipping | |
| Cilantro Sprigs, for garnish | |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Blend bread crumbs and seasonings in a small bowl. Dip cheese fingers into beaten egg, then into bread crumb mix. Place cheese fingers on baking sheet. Bake 4 minutes, or until fingers are golden and cheese is heated through and softened. Serve with bowls of prepared salsa and guacamole for dipping. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs.
