|1 lb||Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced into 3" lengths of 1" thickness each|
|1 cup||Plain Bread Crumbs|
|1 Tbsp||Chili Powder|
|1 tsp||Ground Cumin|
|1 Tbsp||Minced Fresh Cilantro|
|Prepared Salsa & Guacamole, for dipping|
|Cilantro Sprigs, for garnish|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Blend bread crumbs and seasonings in a small bowl. Dip cheese fingers into beaten egg, then into bread crumb mix. Place cheese fingers on baking sheet. Bake 4 minutes, or until fingers are golden and cheese is heated through and softened. Serve with bowls of prepared salsa and guacamole for dipping. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs.
