This pizza is packed with delicious veggies that are roasted to perfection and then topped with creamy feta cheese that just brings it all together.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir until vegetables are coated evenly. Spread vegetables over a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle pizza pan lightly with cornmeal then place pizza shell on pan. Spread vegetables over pizza crust. Sprinkle feta on top and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
