Oyster Rockfeller

These oysters will be the hit of the party. The great stuffing has spinach and bacon to start. Top them off with a nice hollandaise sauce and they are good to go.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen spinach
- 2 cups melted butter
- 1 lb fried bacon, chopped fine
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup white sherry
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 raw eggs
- 2 cups chopped black olives
- Raw oysters on the half shell

Method
Mix all ingredients together except oysters. When mixed, stuff oysters, and broil in oven until heated through and brown and bubbly on top.
