Parmesan Bacon Wrapped Breadsticks

Italian breadsticks wrapped in crisp bacon and a dusting of Parmesan cheese.

1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Salt
½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix
24 slices Bacon
24 Italian Breadsticks


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Wrap each breadstick with a slice of bacon then place on baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Immediately roll breadsticks in cheese mixture. Serve hot or cool to room temperature before serving.

Helpful Tips:

I had this appetizer at a restaurant in Las Vegas and just had to try making it at home. It is so addictive. I almost skipped dinner and just ate all the breadsticks.
