This salad is appropriately named because it will be the center of the party. Everyone loves this type of salad and it is so simple to make.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can of diced pineapple
  • 1/3 lb of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg

Method

Drain pineapples and save juice. To make sauce, mix pineapple juice, egg, sugar, and flour, stirring over low heat until thick. Once thickened, pour over pineapple, cheese, marshmallows and pecans, mix well.
