|6 cans||Green Beans|
|1||Large Block Pepper Jack Cheese, crumbled|
|1 Tbsp||Garlic Powder|
|1 bag||Stuffing Mix|
|1× 8 oz bag||Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese|
In a large sauce pan add milk, 1 1/2 sticks of butter and pepper jack cheese stirring constantly until cheese has melted and mixture is a sauce. Be careful not to overcook. Put green beans into a casserole dish and pour sauce over beans. Mix in 1/2 bag of the stuffing mix, pepper and garlic powder. Cover top of mixture with bag of shredded cheese then cover that with rest of stuffing mix. Melt one stick of butter and drizzle over the top then finish by baking in the over at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is golden and cheese is bubbly.
