Pepperoni Roll Ups

This recipe requires only three ingredients and makes a great appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients
- One pizza dough
- 12-16 deli sliced pepperoni
- Half a jar marinated sun dried tomatoes

Method
Roll out dough, place pepperoni onto dough, add sun dried tomatoes along with some of the oil from the jar. Roll it up like you would a jelly roll and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

Number of Servings: 15-20 one inch slices
