Cream cheese, craisins and apricot jam make a delicious fruit spread for crackers and crostini.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Put mixture on wax paper or aluminum foil.
Roll into log shape and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
Serve with hearty wheat or multigrain crackers, crostini or crackers of your choice.
Notes:
This is a very easy appetizer and a real crowd pleaser. The black and red pepper adds zip to the dip.
