Ingredients:
1 cup | Cooked Salad (tiny) Shrimp |
2 cups | Seeded & Diced Fresh Tomatoes |
¼ cup | Chopped Green Onion |
2 Tbsp | Chopped Cilantro |
2-4 Tbsp | Fresh Lime Juice |
1 | Avocado, diced |
½ | Medium Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced |
½ cup | Jarred Mild Salsa |
¼ tsp | Sea Salt |
¼ tsp | Ground Black Pepper |
Garlic Pita Chips or Tortilla Chips |
Directions:
Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve with garlic pita chips or tortilla chips.
