Ingredients:
| 12 oz | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 8 oz | Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| ¼ tsp | Seasoned Salt |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 3 Tbsp | Thinly Sliced Green Onions |
| 6 slices | Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled |
| 2 cups | Finely Crushed Cheez-it Crackers |
| 2 Tbsp | (from a 4 Oz. Jar) Sliced Pimento Peppers, well drained |
| 1× 7 oz. pkg | Carr's Whole Wheat Crackers |
| 1× 5 oz. pkg | Carr's Rosemary Crackers |
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce on low speed until well mixed. Stir in green onions and bacon. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Use damp hands to shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Spread crushed crackers in a 5-inch circle on a sheet of plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to press the cheese ball into the shape of a football by flattening the ball and rounding each end, pressing crushed crackers evenly into cheese ball. Place on a serving plate. Arrange the pimento slices on top like laces on a football. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Arrange Carr's crackers around edge of platter before serving.
Helpful Tips:
This may be made into six mini football-shaped cheese balls for individual servings.
