
A cracker spread made with cream cheese, pineapple, and onions that is formed into a ball and rolled in pecans if you choose.
When cream cheese is softened, add all other ingredients. Whip all together. (May add 1/2 of green pepper, finely diced, if desired). Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Roll in chopped pecans or add 1 cup chopped pecans when mixing.
Notes:
Serve with small melba toasts or wheat thins.
