Pizza Oh My


These personal pizzas are quick and easy to make for an after school snack or a late evening treat.



Ingredients:

  • 2 pita breads
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ham, thinly sliced and chopped
  • Small amount of butter

Method

Split pitas into 4 pieces. Spread softened butter on pitas and broil until slightly toasted. Drain juice from soup and spread noodles and chicken over pitas. Place ham pieces on top of noodles. Cover with cheese and place each one on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for a few minutes until hot and bubbly.
