Pomegranate seeds, chives, and basil create a great flavor and color combination for this simple cheese log. Try it with goat cheese, too.

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

8 oz	Cream Cheese
1 cup	Pomegranate Arils, seeds
½	Chopped Chives
2 Tbsp	Finely Minced Fresh Basil
	Crackers

Directions:

Place cream cheese on waxed paper and form into a log. Mix arils, chives and basil on another sheet of waxed paper. Roll cream cheese in arils mixture, pressing lightly to stick. Serve with crackers.
