|1||Large (1 Lb. 10-oz.) Can of Whole Jalapeno Peppers|
|1 lb||Ground Sausage|
|1× 8 oz. pkg||Cream Cheese|
|Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese|
Drain jalapenos; remove stems. Slice peppers in half; remove seeds. Set pepper shells aside. Brown and drain sausage. In a bowl mix together sausage and cream cheese. Fill pepper shells with sausage mixture; place in a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, on middle rack in oven at 350 degrees about 15 minutes until cheese starts to brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
