
Frozen ravioli are dipped in batter, rolled in an Italian-spiced bread crumb mixture, and deep-fat fried. Serve with the spaghetti sauce of your choice.
Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep-fat fryer. Meanwhile, for batter, in a large bowl stir together flour, biscuit mix, and seasoned salt; stir in water. Set batter aside.
In a medium bowl stir together oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, Pamresan cheese, and bread crumbs; set aside.
Dip each ravioli into batter, allowing excess to drip back into bowl. Roll in bread crumb mixture. Fry 4 to 5 ravioli at a time for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fried ravioli 1 inch apart on large cookie sheets. Place one piece of cheese on each ravioli. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce.
