Queso Blanco ( White Cheese Dip)

Shredded Chihuahua cheese is heated with light cream, diced green chilies, cumin, onion, cilantro and hot peppers to make this dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Chihuahua Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup diced canned green chilies
- 3 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3-4 Tbls. chopped Onions
- 1-3 Fresh "hot" Peppers (I like a mixture of serrano, jalepeno, or banana peppers. Adds Heat!!)
- 3 Tbls. chopped fresh Cilantro

Put all ingredients in double boiler and heat on medium heat. Cook until blended and melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with fresh tostadas, hot tortillas, or just with chips.
Notes: You can also sprinkle fresh peppers, or cilantro on top of the dip for presentation. Add as many peppers as you like. This is a hot spicy dip. This dip is also good on top of burritos and other Mexican dishes.
