|5 lb||Queso Cheese, shredded or cubed|
|1 qt||Heavy Cream|
|2 Tbsp||Fresh Chopped Garlic|
|1 cup||Diced Onion|
|1 cup||Diced Tomato|
|¼ tsp||Black Pepper|
|¼ cup||Diced Jalapenos With No Juice|
Add cheese and cream to a double boiler and heat until cheese melts. Add onion and all other ingredients except tomatoes. Heat together in a pot with cheese until onion begins to soften. Remove from heat and add tomatoes, minus the juice. Stir tomatoes in well, being careful not to turn sauce pink by over blending. Pour into a serving dish and serve with nacho chips.
This is a great dip for family gatherings or sports partys.
