Bacon, swiss cheese, onion, and mushrooms make up this classic quiche dish.
 

Ingredients

  • pie crust shell
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 half cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 half tea. salt
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 cup of milk

Method

Preheat oven 450. Bake pie shell for 6 min Take out pie crust and reduce heat to 325. Mix bacon, Mushrooms, cheese, onion, flour, salt mix well. Spoon into pie shell. Beat eggs and milk and slowly pour over bacon mixture. Bake on cookie sheet untill knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 to 60 minutes.

 

Notes: Great for a Sunday brunch!
