Ingredients:
3 cans | Large Refrigerated Biscuits, 5 biscuits per can |
1 lb | Ground Beef |
1 cup | Chopped Onion |
6 cups | Shredded Cabbage |
1 tsp | Each Salt & Pepper, or to taste |
½ tsp | Celery Salt |
¼ cup | Butter, melted |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger; drain off grease. Add onion, cabbage, salt, pepper and celery salt. Simmer for 30 minutes until cabbage and onions are soft. Set aside to cool.
After mixture has cooled, take a biscuit and flatten out into a large circle. Add cabbage mixture and bring up edges; moisten and pinch. Continue with each biscuit. Place biscuits, pinched side down, on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and serve.
