- Servings: 15
|3 cans||Large Refrigerated Biscuits, 5 biscuits per can|
|1 lb||Ground Beef|
|1 cup||Chopped Onion|
|6 cups||Shredded Cabbage|
|1 tsp||Each Salt & Pepper, or to taste|
|½ tsp||Celery Salt|
|¼ cup||Butter, melted|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger; drain off grease. Add onion, cabbage, salt, pepper and celery salt. Simmer for 30 minutes until cabbage and onions are soft. Set aside to cool.
After mixture has cooled, take a biscuit and flatten out into a large circle. Add cabbage mixture and bring up edges; moisten and pinch. Continue with each biscuit. Place biscuits, pinched side down, on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and serve.
My kids love to dip them in ketchup.
